1. What is LiVE-WiRED.co.uk?
LiVE-WiRED.co.uk provides unique video greetings, messages and wallpapers for mobile phones and nift video e-cards.  From our website you can send our  video greetings, messages or wallpapers to your mobile or a friend(s).

2. I can't play my Video Greeting or Message?

3. How do I order my Video Greeting, Message or Wallpaper from the website?
Choose the video greeting, message or wallpaper you want:

Step 1: Click on the Send to my mobile link
Next a pop-up box 'mpush' appears, then
A: Select your Country.
B: Select your mobile phone - Please note your mobile must be WAP enabled and able to support 3gp files in order to receive the video greetings and messages.
C: Select your payment method ( SMS, credit card or paypal) and follow the onscreen instructions.

Step 2: Choose method of payment. SMS, Credit Card or Paypal

Step 3: Place your order

For example if you have choosen:

Pay by SMS (mobile/cell phone) - pay via your mobile via sms (text message)

A: Send a SMS with the message - get 180929 (please note this is an example code only.  The correct code will be shown when you purchase).
B: To the number - 60999 (60999 example number only)
C: Receive your video.  From your inbox you'll receive two text messages (price £1.50 each). The first message will show in your inbox from 80066 (please note 80066 is used for example purposes only). Open this text and it will say " You have received your mobile content. Enjoy!". The second message you'll receive will show in your inbox as the same number 80066 Click/Gotto (from ur WAP browser):
Open this text which will read - http://mpush.com/9N7WRC Happy Birthday (please note this is an example only and will change dependant on your choice ).
D: Select and click on http://mpush.com/9N7WRC Happy Birthday this will open and initialize the download.  Download time will vary dependant upon file size; longer running time = longer download time, so please be patient.  Once downloaded you will be able to view your video greeting/message.

4. How do I order and send a friend a video greeting/message or wallpaper from the website?
Choose your video greeting, message or wallpaper you want to send:
Follow Steps 1 and 2 as set out above

For example if you have choosen:

Pay by SMS (mobile/cell phone) - pay via your mobile via sms (text message)

C: Please note when placing an order for a friend you will also receive a copy of the content to your handset

5. Am I able to personalise the video greetings/messages?
At present you are not able to add a personal message to the video greetings/messages or sms although we are looking into this and hope to be able to offer this function in the future.

6. When will I or the recipient receive the mobile content?
All orders are sent immediately although this is dependant on network coverage and the network providers service. Therefore content is delivered as soon as there is an adequate coverage level.

7. Is my network compatible?
All major UK networks are compatible with this service including T-Mobile, Orange, O2, Vodafone, Three and Virgin Mobile.


8. How do I get WAP set-up on my phone?
Some phones are supplied without their network WAP settings being activated. Contact your network and/or handset manufacturer to activate your WAP settings and enable WAP Push messages.


9. I can't seem to access the WAP link sent to me?
Your handset may not be set up to access WAP sites ot WAP Push messages. Carry out same action as above.


10. Mobile handset compatibility
Your phone must be WAP enabled and support 3GP files.
